What's going on here?

For the longest time I've had the biggest problem so trying to organize all the random websites that I like to use for different things. I have a couple different computers that I use, like at work, school, at home, and also my phone. I wanted to be able to access all my random websites on every device. The problem is that I haven't found a very good way of doing that. The way I did it before was bookmarks but accessing bookmarks on my phone is annoying, and most of the time my bookmarks wouldn't sync between devices so I'd have to spend a day making sure all my different computers all had the same bookmarks. Then I decided I'd just keep every single website open on my phone. But that wasn't organized at all and got frustrating pretty fast. So that's how I got the idea for this part of my website, out of frustration and necessity. My new problem is that my website isn't optimized for mobile what so ever.
